We may collect a login email address, quiz responses, scores, attempt times, progress records, account and support information, and basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and quizzes, calculate results, show progress, support users, prevent misuse, improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.

Children’s information

The platform is intended for students with appropriate school or parent/guardian involvement. Parents or guardians may contact HRCA to ask about, correct or request deletion of a child’s personal information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.

Payments

If online payments are enabled, payment details will be processed by the selected payment provider. HRCA should not store full card numbers or security codes on this platform. The provider’s privacy terms will also apply.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is necessary with service providers supporting hosting, security, communications or payments, or when required by law. Our live-chat service is provided by Tawk.to on selected pages; messages and basic technical information entered into that widget are processed by Tawk.to under its privacy terms. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or login codes through chat. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should protect their account access and notify us of suspected misuse.
